I love the start of Fall, don't you? I know I know, it's a little sad to say goodbye to summer barbecues and river side picnics but fall brings so many wonderful things! Cozy nights by the fireplace, the rain up here in Portland brings so much life to our beautiful lush and green city.

Plus...Who doesn't love fall fashion?! Always so soft and lovely, and this year we're seeing a lot of rich colors and classic and vintage inspired patterns in modern silhouettes. Love it!

This gorgeous and easy one size shrug is made by Copper Union right here in Portland. I love a classic dot pattern! It goes with basically everything. A classic polka dot is a great way to make your first foray into mixing prints!

Frock Shop Retro Dresses!

Frock shop sent us these super cute 1940's style dresses...They are so sweet and girly!

The Gwinn Dress is a navy vintage style dress with an adorable retro print. With a tie back, adorable gathered shoulders, and an amazingly flattering cut you couldn't go wrong! Such a classic and demure look. Would be adorable with some oxford shoes for work, or go out to dinner in some cute vintage style heels! The perfect date night dress for sure.

1940's Gwinn Dress in Navy Print- $105

Then there is the Naomi Dress, a black and white vintage style dress. Super cute shirt dress in that same 1940's fitted waist and a-line cut. The most adorable horse print! Bring out your inner equestrian!  Has a cute detachable waist sash...you could substitute with a cute belt. Also hits around the knee but with a slightly deeper v-neck. Maybe an opportunity to let the beautiful lace of your favorite Sarah Bibb slip peek out? A great dress to impress. Unique, quirky, but with a classically flattering silhouette. Perfect!!!
