Ah, September is just a couple days away! It's such a lovely time here in Portland. Warm, but not too hot. Sunny and bright with a little rain here and there...Oh! And the kiddies are back in school. Okay I have to admit...when I walked into the store the other morning and saw culottes on the rack I was a liiiiittle skeptical. But then I tried them on (perk of being the shop girl!) and OHMYGOSH.
